Delivery Policy

Local Delivery Policy:

All of our items are baked fresh on the weekend and delivered for free locally within 15 miles of 12590 or shipped via USPS Priority mail across all of NY the same weekend, so they are as fresh as possible!


If you feel that your address falls within the 15 mile zone, but does not appear in the drop down list or if you do not see the option at checkout, you can put your delivery address here and verify that it is no more than 15 miles away from the address that has been populated in the first field and send us an email to make the adjustment to your order after it has been placed.

Delivery Times:

We begin delivery on Saturday or Sunday depending on our baking schedule for the weekend. We will notify you by email 1-2 days prior to that weeks delivery day with a estimated delivery window. There will be occasions when we have to shift our delivery times at the last minute (such as bad weather), but we will always notify via email if the scheduled delivery day has to change. Prior to orders being delivered we will update your order status to "delivery in progress" which lets you know that we are getting orders ready for delivery, but this is not considered an estimate for when your order will be delivered as these emails are sent to all customers at the same time. Once your order has been dropped off at the door or in your mailbox you will also receive another email and text message if you provided a mobile number at checkout.

Shipping Information:

As of right now we only offer shipping to NY residents and we only ship via USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking of your order. Due to the size and nature of our cookies we are limited to the types of shipping we can offer, but are able to discount shipping slightly for multiple packs of cookies.

As we continue to grow, we will evaluate our shipping options to make sure we can offer you the absolute lowest and most efficient shipping services available. 



We are not able to take responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries, we will notify you once your order has been delivered so you can go and receive it as soon as possible.
