Delivery Policy

Local Delivery Policy:

All of our items are baked fresh Friday and Saturday and delivered for free locally within 15 miles of 12590 or shipped Monday morning via USPS Priority mail across all of NY. 

 

If you feel that your address falls within the 15 mile zone, but does not appear in the drop down list or if you do not see the option at checkout, you can put your delivery address here and verify that is no more than 15 miles away from the address that has been populated in the first field and send us an email to make the adjustment to your order after it has been placed.

Delivery Times:

We begin delivering orders at 7:30am on Sundays and will notify you by email once the order has been dropped off at the door or in your mailbox. There will be occasions when we have to shift our delivery times based on number of deliveries or weather, but you will receive an email with your scheduled delivery date up to one day prior. If for any reason you need your order at a specific time, please add it to the order notes or reach out to us after your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Prior to orders being delivered we will update your order status to "delivery in progress" which lets you know that we are getting orders ready for delivery, but this is not considered an estimate for when your order will be delivered.

Shipping Information:

As of right now we only offer shipping to NY residents and we only ship via USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking of your order. Due to the size and nature of our cookies we are limited to the types of shipping we can offer.

As of February 18, 2020 we offer the following options:

  • 1 Pack orders ship in a "regional rate priority box" ($7.92)
  • 2 Pack orders ship together in a combined box ($13.20)
  • 3+ Pack orders ship together in a combined box for ($18.30)

As we continue to grow, we will evaluate our shipping options to make sure we can offer you the absolute lowest and most efficient shipping services available. 

 

Responsibility:

We are not able to take responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries, we will notify you once your order has been delivered so you can go and receive it as soon as possible.
